CONCEPT
When your finger or palm finds the right spot, something shifts. A lock turns. A stuck thing opens. You're not choosing the position — the field is telling you.
START HERE
Place one finger on your heart center. Feel. Move to solar plexus. Feel. Middle finger on sternum — notice what unlocks. Palm hovering over lower dantien — notice what relaxes.
